Phil Collins Returns To Stage Following Fall
Phil Collins was forced to postpone two concerts in London after falling in a hotel and bashing his head, but we’re happy to report he’s on the mend.
The singer returned to the stage Sunday night in Cologne, Germany, wearing a white bandage to cover the stitches he received after suffering a “severe gash on his head close to his eye.”
“Last night was number two of five sell-out shows in the 16,000 seat arena and for the second night all of the audience was on its feet for the whole second half of the show,” the singer’s rep told the “New York Post.” “Phil had a huge grin on his face, he is feeling better and better and although tired is very happy.”
As for the show, Phil treated fans to hits like “I Missed Again,” “I Don’t Care Anymore,” “In The Air Tonight,” and “Sussudio,” as well as Genesis tunes “Invisible Touch,” and “Follow You, Follow Me.”
